Researchers from HolographyCL Inspire and Guide Students at School Science Fair in Nogales

On November 05, two of our researchers from HolographyCL had the honor of participating in the Science Fair organized by Liceo Juan Rusque Portal. This marks the third consecutive year that our group has been invited to participate in this annual event, which aims to ignite scientific curiosity among students through insightful talks from professionals, interactive experiments presented by the students, and a community reception.

Our researcher, Hernán González, delivered an engaging talk titled The Journey of Scientific Research. He shared his unexpected journey into physics, highlighting key scientific discoveries and his current research on gravitational waves and black holes. Using examples like the groundbreaking 2016 detection of gravitational waves, Hernán emphasized the importance of curiosity, collaboration, and perseverance in scientific exploration.

Adding to the excitement, the director from HolographyCL, Alberto Faraggi, served as a jury member for the student experiment competition. He evaluated the projects, provided constructive feedback, and recognized the most innovative and well-executed experiments. Their insights helped students refine their scientific approaches and encouraged them to pursue their ideas further.
